Terms of service

Teasr ("we," "us") operates teasr.live and related mobile apps. We provide tools for sellers to broadcast live shopping shows, list products, run auctions and promotions, and for buyers to watch, bid, purchase, and message sellers about orders and listings.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy, sell, or go live.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our policies, or applicable law.

Sellers are responsible for their listings, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, returns where offered, and compliance with laws that apply to their goods. Buyers are responsible for payment, providing accurate shipping details, and communicating with sellers through Teasr about orders and products.

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. Teasr is not a bank and does not hold buyer funds except as needed to operate checkout through our payment partners.

You may upload clips, host live shows, list products, leave live show comments, and send buyer–seller messages. You must not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, fraudulent, counterfeit, or otherwise harmful.

• Messaging is for commerce support only (orders, listings, shipping). There is no random matching or open social chat.
• Live comments are tied to a specific show and must relate to the shopping experience.
• You can report content or users in the app; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

You may not use Teasr to:

• Sell prohibited or restricted goods, or misrepresent items.
• Harass, threaten, or exploit others; promote hate or violence.
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to bypass security or payments.
• Use the service as a dating, escort, or random chat product.
• Stream sexually explicit or illegal content.

Teasr and its branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted live streams or that every transaction will meet your expectations. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
